Designed and implemented a flexible process based in Azure DevOps that allowed for simple management and use internally, while granting external engineering teams private access to their individual results, increasing completions by almost 80% year-over-year.

Created a complex data model and built dashboards in Power BI to provide detailed data for the engineering teams to aid in bug remediation efforts, and to provide a broad program-level overview for leads and executives.
